Mr. King is the President, Managing Director, and a Shareholder of the firm. Mr. King has focused his practice on complex civil litigation for twenty years and is a founder of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation Group, which develops and litigates RICO, False Claims Act/Whistleblower, fraud, healthcare, and other commercial matters. Mr. King’s practice focuses on the prosecution of civil racketeering and False Claims Act cases throughout the country, which have resulted in the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars. In addition to working closely with the government and others who have been victimized by fraud, Mr. King also counsels clients on strategy and risk management matters.
Mr. King is frequently asked to present and participate in seminars and training on a wide variety of healthcare, claims handling, and fraud investigation issues.
