Mr. Brady is a shareholder with the firm. He is a member of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group and has litigated/consulted on matters in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington and Virginia. Mr. Brady’s case and courtroom experience includes: RICO actions, False Claims Act cases, fraud, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, declaratory judgment actions, shareholder disputes, complex contract disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage, No-Fault litigation, and consumer protection actions. Mr. Brady also advises clients on regulatory matters, corporate strategy, risk management, and the use of data analytics in the business setting.
