Ms. Weiss is an associate attorney with the firm. Her practice focuses on complex insurance defense litigation and insurance fraud matters, with a concentration in the areas of Personal Injury Protection benefits. Ms. Weiss has experience litigating cases under the Michigan No-Fault Act as well as other state and federal insurance matters. In particular, she focuses upon uncovering fraudulent claims and mitigating attempted abuse of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits. In her practice, Ms. Weiss relies upon careful analysis of facts and legal issues to provide a strategic defense for her clients.
