Jason Kent is an attorney in the firm’s Complex Litigation practice group based out of the firm’s Massachusetts office. His practice concentrates on investigating and detecting healthcare and insurance fraud through various proprietary techniques and vigorously advancing claims on behalf of the firm’s clients through various laws including the federal RICO Act and the False Claims Act. Jason brings a wealth of real world experience to his practice of law and prior to joining KTM practiced in such areas as criminal defense, family law, personal injury, and employment law.
