Amanda Timperman-Freda is an associate with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group focusing on developing, investigating and litigating insurance fraud and abuse actions. Her practice focuses on RICO actions, False Claims Act cases, fraud, declaratory judgment actions, insurance coverage, No-Fault litigation, and consumer protection actions. Amanda has over 20 years of experience with complex civil litigation at state and federal trial, land, and housing courts. She has regularly litigated multi-party, complex civil matters to successful resolutions and has written legal opinions on behalf of clients related to professional and general liability policies, landlord-tenant disputes, land title disputes, construction defects, premises and automobile insurance claims, and M.G.L. 93A.
