Mr. Apjohn is an associate with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group which investigates, develops and litigates insurance fraud and abuse actions. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation, insurance fraud, and civil litigation involving the federal RICO statute. Mr. Apjohn has also written legal opinions and litigated insurance coverage disputes pertaining to homeowners, professional liability and automobile policies of insurance.
