Mr. DeNinno is a Shareholder with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group who concentrates in prosecuting healthcare fraud under the False Claims Act/Whistleblower law and the federal RICO Act. Mr. DeNinno’s work to date has resulted in the recovery of significant damages on behalf of entities, individuals, and the government for fraudulent claims.
Before joining the firm, Mr. DeNinno practiced for nearly seven years at a civil litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he handled cases involving products liability and industrial accidents.
