Angelo Langadakis III is an attorney in the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group based out of the firm’s New York office. His practice concentrates on investigating and detecting fraudulent transactions and fraud schemes through various proprietary techniques and pursuing related claims through various laws including the federal RICO Act and the False Claims Act. Prior to joining KTM, Angelo was an auditor at a public accounting CPA firm in Manhattan, and litigated civil matters involving domestic and international civil RICO schemes, common law fraud, trust fund diversion, and concealment and misrepresentation of personal and business assets and income in high net-worth divorce cases.
