Mr. Compston is an associate with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group. His practice concentrates in prosecuting healthcare fraud under the federal RICO Act, False Claims Act, and Whistleblower law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Compston spent many years representing corporations, partnerships and individuals in complex business disputes, as well as defending corporate clients in significant personal injury and wrongful death litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.
