Mr. Epstein is an associate in the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group, specializing in False Claims Act/Whistleblower, RICO, fraud, and healthcare litigation. Prior to joining KTM, Mr. Epstein spent years representing injured and disabled individuals in bodily injury insurance, worker’s compensation, Social Security disability, and veterans disability claims, recovering millions for his clients. Mr. Epstein has also given lectures and conducted training seminars for insurance professionals on the subject of SSDI and long-term disability insurance.
