Mr. Prebay is a Senior Attorney with KTM. His area of focus is complex Insurance defense, insurance fraud litigation, and coverage analysis. Mr. Prebay is an experienced litigation attorney with over twenty-four years of practice. Prior to becoming licensed to practice law, he was an insurance adjuster for twelve years – during the last five years of which he attended night law school. While still an adjuster, he handled product liability and fleet auto cases for one of the big three auto manufacturers, carrying twenty-five million dollars in claim reserves for complex vehicle rollover, vehicle fire, and other mechanical issues throughout the United States and its territories. Since entering practice Mr. Prebay has specialized in insurance defense and coverage analysis, where he has handled cases involving first and third-party No-Fault issues, premises liability cases, construction defect, product liability, trademark infringement, commercial trucking, Telephone Communications Protection Act, Professional Liability, and Coverage Analysis.
