Mr. Brink is a member of the Board of Directors and a founding Shareholder of the firm. During his almost four decades of practice, Mr. Brink has tried more than one hundred (100) cases. He is counsel of record on over twenty (20) appellate decisions in state and Federal Courts. Mr. Brink has personally litigated Insurance Fraud/RICO cases in Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Georgia, Florida and Nevada.
