Mr. McInnis is a member of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group and has litigated and consulted on matters in Illinois, Maryland, and Massachusetts, with an emphasis on trial and appellate work in state and federal courts. Mr. McInnis’s courtroom experience includes Wrongful death, Product Liability, Construction Litigation, First Party Insurance, Insurance Coverage, Consumer Protection cases, RICO actions, False Claims Act cases, and Insurance Fraud.
