Mr. Mayen is a graduate of the Excelsior University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree. He later obtained his law degree from Western New England University, School of Law. He also obtained his MBA from Babson College. Throughout his tenure with the firm, Mr. Mayen has been a member of KTM’s Complex Business Litigation Group which investigates, develops, and litigates insurance fraud and abuse actions. He is currently admitted to practice in several state and federal jurisdictions. His practice focuses on civil litigation involving the federal RICO statute, insurance defense litigation, and insurance fraud matters.
