Mr. Peters is a shareholder with the firm. His practice focuses on complex insurance defense litigation and insurance fraud matters, with a concentration in the areas of Personal Injury Protection benefits and third-party litigation. Mr. Peters has over twenty years of experience litigating and trying matters under the Michigan No-Fault Act, medical malpractice claims, and a variety of other civil matters. He brings a vast amount of creativity, litigation skills, and medical knowledge to the firm’s Michigan office. As a result of his extensive deposition and trial experience, Mr. Peters frequently uncovers fraud and other pertinent information that furthers the firm’s ability to defend claims brought by individuals and medical providers.
