Mr. Wisniewski is a Senior Attorney with the firm. His practice focuses on complex insurance defense litigation and insurance fraud matters, with a concentration in the area of no-fault/personal injury protection. Mr. Wisniewski has several years of experience litigating matters in Michigan and California, including transportation, product liability, life sciences, and a variety of other matters. As a result of his extensive litigation experience, Mr. Wisniewski is able to work closely with his clients to manage risk, develop creative litigation strategies, and achieve resolution on favorable terms.
