Mr. Whitcher is a Shareholder of the firm who represents and advises clients in a diverse range of complex matters. As a member of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation Group, Mr. Whitcher investigates and litigates RICO, fraud, healthcare, and other commercial matters. Since joining the firm in 2006, Mr. Whitcher has successfully litigated fraud and abuse cases throughout the country, including New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Connecticut, Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, and Arizona. Mr. Whitcher also counsels clients on investigatory, claims handling, strategy, risk management, and coverage matters.
