Mr. Tilden is a Shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors. He also manages the firm’s New York and Michigan offices. Mr. Tilden is a founder of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation Group, which develops and litigates RICO, False Claims Act/Whistleblower, fraud, healthcare, and other commercial matters. Mr. Tilden’s clients benefit from his decades of experience in healthcare matters, including litigation, payor audits, fraud investigations, and negotiated fee agreements. A focus of Mr. Tilden’s practice is the prosecution of False Claims Act/ Whistleblower cases, which have resulted in recoveries of hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Tilden has also litigated and consulted on racketeering cases throughout the country, including in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, and Arizona.
Mr. Tilden provides training and presentations to insurers and payors on fraud prevention, claims handling, and regulatory compliance. He has also spoken at several national and regional conferences and seminars regarding these matters.
