Mr. Potter is a senior attorney in the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group focusing on the prosecution of healthcare fraud under the federal False Claims Act/Whistleblower law and the federal RICO Act. Mr. Potter has over a decade of experience litigating a wide range of commercial matters including contract disputes, product liability, business torts, and regulatory enforcement actions. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Potter was a litigator with a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts.
