Ms. Hasan is an Associate Attorney with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group. She is involved with litigation and consulting for RICO, False Claims Act/Whistleblower, fraud, healthcare, and other commercial matters in New York and Massachusetts. Ms. Hasan has received training in corporate law and litigation from Pakistan and completed a Master of Laws from Duke University prior to joining the firm.
